We maintain multiple copies of backups for all the data on our shared servers.
SQL Databases are backed up on a daily basis and go to the folder named by the
day i.e Monday, Tuesday and so on.
All the other website data and emails are backed up on a weekly as well as
monthly basis along with a different weekly copy for SQL Databases. These
backups are all offsite and configured on our Backup Servers.
Separate Monthly backups are taken on our Backup Servers in our other Datacenter
which is 30 Miles away from our Maidenhead data center.
